Bruce Grant is a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with Northpoint Mortgage. In his 35 years of service Bruce has managed production teams responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in mortgage loan volume. Annually, he has been recognized as a top producer by the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia as well as consistently ranking in the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators nationwide.

Bruce has significant experience with all types of mortgage financing, having opened new markets throughout Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee. In addition to his own production, he has developed and managed mortgage finance training programs that are responsible for training hundreds of loan officers, sales managers and mortgage executives throughout the country.

In support of the Realtor and Builder communities in his markets, Bruce has written and taught mortgage finance curricula for some of Atlanta’s top realty companies and national Builder groups, as well as having served as an Ambassador to the Cobb Board of Realtors.

A native Atlantan, Bruce grew up in Dunwoody, Georgia. He is a 1984 graduate of Appalachian State University, attaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with his major in accounting. Bruce is a member of many industry trade associations, his local church and Rotary Club. When not assisting his many clients, Realtors and Builders, Bruce enjoys spending time with his two grown daughters, his beloved pooch Bella, and riding his motorcycle all over the U.S.
